Training Components

Ritual Confrontation

By creating the space for the unmet to be met each man will get the opportunity to claim and reclaim aspects of his human potential through multiple avenues of confrontation including physical and emotional.

Physical Embodiment

Our focus on movement throughout the training allows men to reclaim their relationship and approach to collaborative physical experiences through sparring, primal movement, and dance.

Anchored Purpose

We co-create a cognitive and somatic rewiring of the "why" through reconnection to our innate essence and developing a practice of purpose clarity.

Men's Council

For thousands of years, men have circled up in council for various intentions. We use council as vehicle for orienting to the environment as well as witnessing others.

4 Days of Connection. Confrontation. Awareness.

What Men Are Saying:

Frequently Asked Questions

The EMX is for men who are interested in cultivating an anchor of embodiment in their lives through the connection and witness of other men and brother. The EMX is designed as a "multi body" retreat that offers physical, emotional, cognitive, and relational experiences.

The EMX is a small, 25-35 man container that stokes an intimate dynamic through experiencing the weekend together as an entire group.

Men have often said they have done deeper work on an EMX and have formed more deeper connections with brothers.

We connect, form relationships, make eye contact, wrestle, express our truths, eat really good food together, hike, dance and stoke the flame of brotherhood.

To learn more about the EMX, enroll and find out what it means to you!

The EMX is a 72hr experience that begins on Thursday afternoon and ends on Sunday afternoon. Exact times and location are communicated in the Welcome email after registering for an EMX.

We capture photo & video on our weekends to help normalize healthy masculinity. We have a consent discussion with all participants on our weekends and honor any man's choice to not be photographed or filmed.

This is call to remembrance, for every brother who is hungry for life and unwilling to settle for less than becoming the fullness of who they are.
